Let Zen Nana, Certified Zentangle®  Teacher guide you in a relaxing time for the mindful creation of Zentangle®  art.  You will have the opportunity to learn three tangles in each session.

The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.  These patterns are called tangles.  If you can hold a pen and print your name, you can draw using this calm method.  Even if you think “I have no artistic talent”, you do – you can tangle!  Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas created this method, and Zentangle is a registered trademark of Zentangle Inc.  Learn more at  www.zentangle.com

You will build on the initial Introduction class and leave with opportunity to draw an art piece (3.5 in square). The art piece will differ from image shown.

Please bring a permanent waterproof black micron pen (Ex. Sakura, Pigma), tip size can be 01 to 03; a blending tool (small tortillon), and a standard #2 pencil.  Zen Nana will provide draft drawing paper, the 3.5 inch drawing paper, called a “tile” and written/illustrated instructions. Supplies available at The Art Stop.
